The London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) are continuing to procure goods and services and we understand that there is still some £200m of business to be placed by the end of the year.

Some of the opportunities have a very short deadline to express an interest on CompeteFor - usually only a week - but these are real opportunities. To date, of the 307 LOCOG awards 43% have been won by companies employing less than 50 people. LOCOG have informed us that they hope to place the remainder of their procurement opportunities on Competefor by the end of this year.
