As Chairman of Newry and Mourne District Council, it gives me great pleasure to present the Council's new website which I hope you will find a very useful source of information.

We are a Council which aims to know and understand what our citizens want for our District, and in partnership with them provide leadership, services and facilities that truly reflect their views and aspirations.

In fulfilling our obligations to you as your local authority, we are committed to communicating in an accessible, transparent and open manner with all of our citizens. This website which contains up-to-date, detailed information on all Council services and facilities will provide the opportunity for you to access a wide range of information in a format and at a time which is suitable for you.
