IN DOUBT, LEAVE IT OUT!
Contamination
is a serious problem and can lead to tonnes of recyclable material
being landfilled.

Bin
- Wrap
food waste in a single sheet of newspaper to prevent odour
& build up of liquids in the bin especially in summer
- Put
a piece of paper in the bottom of your kitchen bin &
peel vegetables directly onto it

- To
prevent odour build up, remember to empty & wash all
tins, cans & plastic containers
- To
achieve best use of space in your bin, squash plastic bottles,
tins & cans
- Remove
lids from all plastic bottles
