The Council is committed to providing
public convenience facilities, throughout the year, which are clean,
stocked with appropriate materials and open at reasonable hours.
Public conveniences are located at:

- Cranfield Blue Flag Beach
- Spelga, Hilltown
- Rostrevor Road, Hilltown

facilities
All of the Council's public conveniences
have less-abled facilities and operate within the RADAR key system.

Modernisation
Programme
The Council's Modernisation
programme for its Public Conveniences is still underway with a proposed
extension of the Lower Square, Kilkeel, and the development of a
new facility at Bridge Streeet, Kilkeel anticipated to commence
Winter 2006
