The District Council Offices, Monaghan Row is the main administrative centre of the Council. The following departments are based at Monaghan Row.

Building Control and Environmental Health are included in the Environment Section of the site. All other departments are based at the District Council Offices, GreenBank Industrial Estate, Newry.
